Adjustable front fork cartridge

Description:

Adjustable front fork cartridge Kit. Specifically designed for 450GP Front Fork. Done simply by replacing the whole group of original cartridges with our Cartridge R-evolution, fitted with oversized piston, progressive system, Preload / Compression / Rebound external regulations. Altogether guaranteeing more precision and a better performance when riding.

Technical Specifications:

Coated and hard anodised Ergal cartridge. Diameter: 25 mm.

Ergal Piston rod. Diameter: 12 mm.

Progressive system. Pistons diameter: 25 mm (complete with D.U. bushings).

End run internal piston diameter: 16 mm

Compression needles.

SAE 6.5 Racing Oil.

Spring in chrome-silicon steel with Ergal guiding spring.

Front Fork, top caps, with spring preload on bearings and depressor screws.

Adjustments features:

Rebound: 40 steps.

Compression: 48 steps.

Manual Spring Preload: 0,5 mm/turn (15 mm max.).
